GlamLux: Gluta Lipo 12 in 1 (Whitening & Slimming)

This is going to be again, a tagalog/taglish blog post. Para po kasi ito saaking mga kababayan na gustong pumayat..

You all know naman po na I'am struggling with PCOS and trying to conceive for the last couple of months and some of my fertility medications caused me to gain some weight. Lilinawin ko po, "hindi ako tumaba dahil sa PCOS at hindi rin ako nagka-PCOS dahil tumaba ako". My weight is normal po based on my height and age. Pero dahil nga sa fertility meds, vitamins at kung ano ano pang ininum ko tumaba tlaga ako ng bongga. At nitong mga nakaraang buwan, habang ako ay ngpapahinga sa mga fertility medications. Halos tatlong buwan ko ginawa ang lahat para pumayat ako, given na umiinom ako ng metformin (for my insulin resistance) sabi nila nakakapayat daw yun pero wala effect sakin. Pilit akong nagddiet pati food na kakainin ko pinipili ko rin pati rice may time na ginive up ko xa, nag oatmeal diet rin ako pero walang effect.
Nung sinubukan kong isabay sa pagddiet ko itong Gluta Lipo nagulat ako, kasi maraami nakapansin na pumayat ako.

Ginawa kong 20 day challenge itong pag-inom ko ng Gluta Lipo..
(kasi 10 sachets lang naman ang laman ng isang box and good for 20 days hihi)

2.Pour 120ml to 150ml COLD water

Pagdating naman sa whitening hindi ko alam kung nakakaputi ito dahil dati na akong maputi at 20 days ko lang naman ito ininom kaya hindi ko rin masagot kung ito ay effective pagdating sa whitening.
