Whenever I want to have a nice selfie.. I consider few things before making it.

Tip # 1

Know your best angle hihi ^_^
For example if you want to look slimmer just make a slight side view post and lift your mobile phone while the lens of the camera is facing down to you..

Tip # 2

Check your lighting, make sure its bright enough for photos. Whether its artificial or natural, it is important that you gonna do it  facing the light. Why? It makes your face brighter and smoother.
 
If you want to have a whiter complexion use a white light if you are indoor..

Outdoor selfie? best location is under the sun or facing the day light.. It gives you an instant flawless skin. I really love the effect, instantly hides my breakouts LOL ^_^

Tip # 3

This is optional.. if you want to take a selfie and you want it to look like as if someone taken a picture for you, use a mono-pad or tripod and set your timer.. In 5-4-3-2-1... say cheese!!! ^_^

You can also use filter if you that dramatic effect

Tip #4

The most important tip.. is use a good camera phone. When choosing a camera phone for selfie make sure that it will bring the best beauty in you. My favorite selfie phone is my OPPO camera phone. I have the model OPPO N1 mini and I really love it, it's the best camera phone I've ever had.
My pictures and videos were so clear, bright, and naturally beautiful compare to my other camera phones. It has SLR effect that is why I really love it. My friends were always amaze how good quality my photos and videos are.. considering that its a mobile phone.
